HOW IT WORKS

We start with an initial "get to know you" meeting for parents/care-givers and also one with their teen. We then create a Plan of Action that is SIMPLE and agreed upon. 

Next we provide a SAFE space for teens to open up. Most students do not have someone in their lives that they "let in" to discuss the real emotions and issues they are facing. 

Although we build trust through relational mentorship we do require accountability and STRUCTURE. Our program is a goal oriented development program that implements measurable growth steps.
