District leaders and community partners working together to intentionally expand non traditional leadership programming within Expanded Learning spaces so more students can access mentorship, civic engagement, and entrepreneurship opportunities. By broadening access to non traditional leadership pathways we create more entry points for students to discover their strengths and see themselves reflected in the future of this community.
