near Age developmental mentorship

K -5 Program

Our Near-Age Peer Mentoring Program is a structured program in which high school seniors and young adults  provide mentoring to elementary school students. The program is designed to serve students that are at risk for social problems and academic disengagement.

The goal of the program is to promote positive connections to school, parents, and community and improve academic achievement by experiencing a supportive relationship with an older peer at school.
